Who we are

PickBestCar is run by MB Pentagonai (trading as PickBestCar). You can reach us at support@pickbestcar.com or through the contact form.

What you are buying

A PickBestCar report is a plain-English guide to a car model: what typically goes wrong, what repairs cost, what to check at a viewing and what to ask the seller. It is general guidance for the model, not a history check or an inspection of one specific car. Always see a car in person, and consider an independent inspection before you pay.

Reports are drafted with AI from published sources and reviewed by us. Repair costs are estimates. We do not guarantee that a car is free of faults.

Price and payment

Prices are in euro and include VAT. You pay on Stripe’s secure page. We never see or store your card details.

If you buy 2 or 3 reports together, the extra reports are valid for 12 months from the day you buy.

Instant access and your right to cancel

The report opens as soon as you pay. By ticking the box at checkout you ask for instant access, and you understand that the legal 14-day right to cancel digital content ends once the report opens.

Using your report

The report is for your own use. Please do not copy it, resell it or publish it.

If something goes wrong

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer. Beyond that, our liability for a report is limited to the price you paid. Irish law applies.
